# SLC transporters

### Energy-based bond graph models of glucose transport with SLC transporters

We present the parameterized bond graph models for facilitated diffusion with SLC2A2 (GLUT2) and electrogenic cotransport with SLC5A1 (SGLT1) transporters. The bond graph models are placed in the folders <Facilitated transporter> and <Electrogenic cotransporter>, respectively.

### Facilitated transporter

The main CellML files are:
